Return window
Customers may request a return within 30 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item should be unused, in the same condition received, and in its original packaging where possible.

Contact Compactly support before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video of the item and packaging.
If approved, Compactly may offer a replacement, refund, or another reasonable resolution.
Return shipping
For buyer's remorse, wrong size or fit preference, or unwanted items, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Compactly will help with a reasonable return or replacement process.
Refund timing
After an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Payment providers and banks may take additional time to post the refund.
Non-returnable items
Some items may not be returnable if they are marked as final sale or otherwise excluded before checkout. If a product has special return limitations, they will be shown on the product page or during checkout.
